Removal
As soon as a contract is agreed upon, Coast Building Specialties will promptly and cleanly take out the current stair in order to make room for the new stair. This allows the craftsmen to become familiar with the available area and also make preparations ahead of time in order to ensure an efficient installation process.
Creation
Next, after agreeing on a design with the client, Coast Building Specialties will begin work in a large, workshop in Santee. Many components of the new stair are created by hand. Installation
Once the materials are milled, Coast Building Specialties will transport them to the home and the craftsman who personally constructed the pieces will also be the one to install them. It is at this stage that all of the elements come together, and the beauty of the new stair in its entirety starts to become a reality.
Finishing
Last, but not least, Coast Building Specialties will put the finishing touches on the stair. Using the best quality stains and low VOC clear-coat finishes. From beginning to end, Coast Building Specialties works to provide the highest quality and elements of design.
